Information You Submit
Terms Entered in a Search Tool
When a visitor enters a name, place, or another query into a third-party search tool, the query is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Monterey County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy governs its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to review and answer it. We do not share a message outside the organization unless doing so is required by law.
